CIVIL PRACTICE ATTORNEY IN RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA

I opened the Law Offices of John D. Lueck in 1976. Before that I worked for a law office that did about 85% civil and 15% criminal defense. When I later opened my own office, I kept that same ratio of cases. After 20 years, I started doing more and more criminal cases until today, criminal defense is about 85% of my practice.

About 10 years ago, the local bar association started sending me civil defense cases, until that became a substantial part of my practice. At this time I only represent people accused of crimes, and people being sued. I do not represent anyone that wants to sue someone else.
